Welcome to our Primary One class page. We look forward to working in partnership with you the parents, carers / guardians on your child’s learning journey.
Our class teachers are Miss K. Walsh, Mrs R. Parr and Miss C. Savage

The Foundation Stage Primary One curriculum builds on the experiences children have had in the Nursery / Pre-School settings. Learning through play continues alongside more formal learning in a structured environment. Children explore a range of topics through play based learning and practical experiences. Children explore learning in all areas of the Curriculum – Language and Literacy, Mathematics and Numeracy, The World Around Us, The Arts, PDMU, Religion, Physical Education and ICT. We promote the development of Thinking Skills and Personal Capabilities. Children enjoy taking part in outdoor activities to enhance their learning.
